own creative touch!
You learn to know the mystery of Pašticada, how to prepare a wonderful Brodetto, all about glorious Peka,
grilling different kind of fresh fish, how to make a heavenly Iced-Lemontarte, to prepare typical dalmatian Rogač-Cake that tastes like chocolate and many more fantastic recipes!
Before cooking you will explore the island for all kind of "food": fresh herbs like rosemary, wild oregano, juniper, rucola, motar, wild capers.. and/or catching fish, collecting shells and more!
