My passion is cooking - creating new taste based on traditional dalmatian recipes!
Did you ever try the rich taste of homemade Pašticada, the incredible aroma of Brodetto or the smart smell of rosemary in a Peka?
The sweet-sour taste of an iced lemon cake, the smart smell of caramel in a Rožada or the typical taste of a rogač-cake - very similar to chocolate? A creamy parfait made out of fresh honeymelon with crunchy cashew nuts on it?
The delicious taste of Plavac - the famous red wine grown on bisevo?
The fish is caught by local fishermen.
We collect wild herbs on the island and consider to use fresh, regional and seasonal vegetable and fruits in our kitchen.
Vegetarian/Vegan food is available too!
Come and make new experiences of food in a very relaxed atmosphere!

1 x rich breakfast of your choice: (8-10 h)
1. cheese plate ( local cheese, wild capers, olive oil, bread, butter, marmalade)
2. pršut/salami plate ( local dry ham or salami, vegetable stripes, bread, butter)
3. scrambled eggs ( 2 eggs, olive oil, vegetable stripes, bread, butter)
4. polenta/porridge with fruit-salad + yogurt
5. muesli with milk or yogurt
served with (Austrian) coffee or tea or kakao
1 x Early Dinner (18-20h)
Consisting of soup (antipasto) or salad, main dish, bread and dessert
The meal for the next day is arranged together with you ( fresh fish, meat or vegetarian/vegan) - you have the choice!
The used foods are preferred local/biological!
Bread/ marmalade/ syrup/ limuncello is homemade by Davor!
Special wishes (like Peka, 1st-class-fish...) are satisfiable and correspondingly more expensive!

Drinks are NOT included! ( local wine, homemade orange/ lemonsirup, coffee, liquors)
If you are veeery hungry, you can order extra a LUNCH-PACKAGE : this can be pasta, tarte, noodle salad, ham/cheese plate....
Please bring your own drinking-water to Bisevo!! (you can buy it in Komiza on Vis)
